because of the hotel staff who first rang the bell(was half asleep), and then broke in (he had the key), when I screamed in the pitch dark he went away. I followed him outside to find him calling somewhere and he OFFERED ME BOTTLE OF WATER -that was his purpose. I told him I didn’t ask for it and it was half past midnight. After I tried to go back to sleep WHEN THE PHONE RANG, when I answerd it it didn’t get through. I called the front desk only to be hold up by non-English speaking staff, and when I tried again, the staff explained they called to SAY SORRY they disturbed me.
